# Kendi Sesimi İngilizce Dinledim, Bir Yılda Öğrendim

Aslında İngilizce öğrenmek amacım değildi. İki kuralın doğru olup olmadığını test ediyordum. İngilizce sadece case study'ydi.

İlk kural şuydu: **bir şey öğrenmenin en hızlı yolu, duygu maksimum seviyedeyken hemen aksiyon almaktır.** Çünkü duygu maksimumdayken tükenmesi en hızlı oluyor. **Sistem en hızlı şekilde erişilebilir olmalı, yoksa duygu kaybolur ve onunla momentum.**

İkinci kural: **destination visible ise aksiyon almak çok daha kolay.** Gideceğin yeri net görüyorsan, oraya gitmek kolaylaşıyor. **Belirsizlik en büyük friction.**

Bu iki kuralı birleştirdim. Sonra bir tetik gerekiyordu. Instagram'da aksanlı İngilizce konuşan bir case gördüm, bir şey hissettim. Kuralları test etme zamanı.

Şöyle çalıştırdım. Kendi sesimi alıp yapay zekayla İngilizce'ye çevirdim. Sonra kendi sesimi İngilizce konuşurken dinledim. Burada iki şey aynı anda oldu.

Birincisi: destination visible oldu. Kendi sesimi İngilizce duyduğum için, hedef artık soyut değildi. "İngilizce konuşan biri" değil, "İngilizce konuşan ben." **Hedef bedenleşti.**

İkincisi: haz aldım. Kendi sesini başka bir dilde duymak garip bir şey. Bir şey hissettim. **Ve o duygu yüksekken aksiyon aldım** — telaffuz çalıştım, taklit ettim. Sistem erişilebilirdi.

Bir yıl sonra İngilizce öğrenmiştim. Aksanlı, akıcı.

Ama asıl çıkan şey İngilizce değildi. **Kuralların doğru olduğunun kanıtıydı.**

Bir kural daha çıktı bu süreçten. Çoğu öğrenme yöntemi destination'ı belirsiz tutuyor, sonra "motivasyonun olsun" diye dışarıdan duygu pompalıyor. Bu ters çalışıyor. **Ödünç duygu hızla kaybolur.**

**Doğru sıra şu: önce destination'ı bedenleştir, sonra duygu kendiliğinden gelir, sonra o duygu maksimumdayken hızlıca sisteme bağla.**
